  DO NOT USE!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND THEY ARE LIARS!! We had the same driver show up at one of our locations 3 DIFFERENT TIMES!! My tenders all say driver assist and no sideways pallets. Well driver refused to help and ll pallets were sideways. This location does not have a forklift so everything is done by hand. This last time the driver said he would help but needed the approval from Dispatch, yet dispatch refused to approve it. The seal on the trailer was NOT intact and pallets sideways. We refused the load until it is fixed and will NOT take this load until we are ready for it. Oh did I mention that they never showed up from their appointment the day before and were late for this appointment? Do NOT use this company and keep your eyes open for this MC# in case they switch names. mc#651121
